The Newah Organization of America (NOA) is pleased to announce the upcoming Group Kayeta Puja (Bratabandha) Coming‑of‑Age Ceremony, scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2026, in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
Kayeta Puja is one of the most significant cultural and spiritual milestones within the Newah community. This traditional coming‑of‑age ceremony marks a young Newah individual’s transition into a new stage of life, symbolizing maturity, responsibility, and spiritual grounding.
As part of NOA’s ongoing commitment to preserving and promoting Newah heritage in the United States, we are honored to facilitate this important life‑cycle event for families seeking an authentic and meaningful experience.
