Belgium 0-1 Egypt

Belgium's 4-4-2 out of possession was undone for Egypt's goal following a similar pattern we've seen in a few World Cup games now.
As the defending team shifts over towards the ball, the two central midfielders can't cover the width of midfield and it gives teams the chance to target the far-side number 10 with a diagonal pass.
We saw the same in the build-up to Morocco's goal against Brazil.
On both occasions the winger on the opposite side (Vinicius for Brazil and Trossard for Belgium) hadn't tracked back and the gap in midfield was punished.
