I concur with Martin.  It is much easier to tweak .vcproj and .props files and such after it has been committed, with lesser diffs to worry about.

(A more cautious version of me would have seen this go into a PCBuild10 folder first for a shakedown, with a later rename, but I keep that guy and his fearmongering quiet most of the time.)
