There are still some problems with it. As in the image.

The upper() works fine(except ı and i uppercase) with IDLE
since upper() doesn't even work.

Another problem is with the ı(dotless) and i(dotted) 's upper.
ı(dotless) should be I (dotless)
i(dotted)  should be İ (dotted)
ı = I
i = İ
