Pull request overview

Removes the CBL-Mariner 2.0 entries from the packages.microsoft.com (PMC) mapping so users are directed to use the AzureLinux 3 PMC feed for supported PowerShell packages and architectures.

• Deleted stable and preview PMC mapping entries for cbl-mariner-2.0 (x86_64 and aarch64).
• Leaves AzureLinux 3 mapping as the supported target in this section.
