설치방법
> git clone https://github.com/human109/NotifyIPAddr.git NotifyIPAddr
> cd NotifyIPAddr
NotifyIPAddr> dotnet build -c Release
NotifyIPAddr> cd notifyIpaddr\bin\Release\netcoreapp3.0
NotifyIPAddr\notifyIpaddr\bin\Release\netcoreapp3.0> notifyIpaddr.exe install
