Adds optional dictionary support to zlib’s zstdCompress and zstdDecompress APIs. This enables better compression ratios when the dictionary matches expected input structure or content patterns. The implementation allows passing a `dictionary` buffer through the options object. Support was added to both streaming and convenience methods. Tests and documentation were also updated to reflect this new capability. Fixes: nodejs#59105

Adds optional dictionary support to zlib’s zstdCompress and zstdDecompress APIs. This enables better compression ratios when the dictionary matches expected input structure or content patterns. The implementation allows passing a `dictionary` buffer through the options object. Support was added to both streaming and convenience methods. Measures whether a per-stream ZSTD dictionary built from chunk 0's raw bytes (used as LZ77 history window) and reused across subsequent chunks recovers the compression that a single-large-corpus ZSTD-19 would get. PLAN.md M5 rejected this on streaming-decode-complexity grounds; the empirical win-size had never been measured. Result: shared dict recovers 77-100% of the single-corpus advantage on 7/7 corpora (H1 supported), but the advantage itself is small (2.5-5.2% of compressed bytes) so the absolute saving is 0.13-1.01 B/log on top of per-chunk ZSTD-19. Not adopted in M3 hot path (would add cross-chunk decode-order dependency for sub-1 B/log gain). Recommend re-evaluating in M5 cold-tier compaction where chunk-ordering is free. Implementation note: shells out to the `zstd` CLI v1.5.7 with -D because Node 24.1.0's node:zlib silently ignores the `dictionary` option (real support ships in 24.6.0 via nodejs/node#59240).
