Rename "OS X" to "Mac" by gohai · Pull Request #517 · processing/processing-docs

The original was better; it should just be macOS. “On Mac” isn't correct, it would be “On a Mac” or “Using macOS” (or “on macOS”).

The deal is that they wanted it to be symmetrical with iOS, tvOS, etc…
