Rather than automatically installing processing, we rename the processing-java installer output to processing in the CLI so all the options become available
- Add a message to link people to the wiki page
Changed references from 'processing-java' to 'processing' in the install script and related file paths for consistency and clarity. Also updated import statements for better organization.
