Hey, I'm Vladislav Guzey – aka proflead

Developer & PhD Researcher in AI, focused on generative AI and agent-based systems.

I have 20+ years of experience in tech, spanning web development, data, and growth. Today, I help developers work smarter by using AI-powered tools, agents, and practical workflows that improve productivity and real-world outcomes.

AI Builder Lab Bangkok. Volunteered as a technical builder at the AI Builder Lab in Bangkok, organized by DataKind in collaboration with OpenAI Academy, with program partners ADPC and the Gates Foundation. Worked with disaster-management practitioners from 13+ countries across APAC to build practical AI solutions for emergency response.
During the lab, I built Disaster Situation Analysis and Response Planning, an AI-powered web application that helps Civil Protection Authority officers in Timor-Leste turn disaster reports into clear situation briefs, response plans, resource gaps, and map-based insights.

GitHub Dev Day at Microsoft, Australia. My talk was about Orchestrating Multiple Agents Inside VS Code.
