Description

$ grep "entry.*python" .pre-commit-config.yaml
        entry: 'python Tools/patchcheck/reindent.py --nobackup --newline LF'
        entry: "python Tools/patchcheck/untabify.py"

Unfortunately, there is no python on macOS; only python3. Can we change these to python3?
