(pycore_unicodeobject.h):

* _PyUnicode_IsCaseIgnorable()
* _PyUnicode_IsCased()
* _PyUnicode_IsXidContinue()
* _PyUnicode_IsXidStart()
* _PyUnicode_ToFoldedFull()
* _PyUnicode_ToLowerFull()
* _PyUnicode_ToTitleFull()
* _PyUnicode_ToUpperFull()

No longer export these functions.
