Azure Pipelines PR — #20200401.15 failed

Ubuntu failed to install dependencies. I still see no way to re-run a failed job in Azure Pipelines, even after I logged in. The usual workaround is to close/reopen the PR. But if I close a backport PR created by @miss-islington, @miss-islington will remove its branch and the PR cannot be reopened.

The backport must be re-created, it's annoying.

Let me close the issue and re-create the backport.
