The previous table was hard to edit and displayed very narow in the HTML page as newlines were kept, the new one is easier to edit and wider in HTML. Did this to change the link to the spannish github that moved recently.
Thanks for the feedback @Mariatta, I propagated your suggestions to the whole table, also changed tx to Transifex and capitalized links to the doc.
