Code samples and code tags not rendering monospace font in version > 3.10

It appears (at least for me) that the code samples and anything in a <code> tag are not rendering in their usual monospace font in versions 3.10 and above.

Tested in Chrome and Firefox - Both with a hard cache reload and cache disabled in dev tools.
