• Architected self-managed Kubernetes consolidation on AWS — 50% cost reduction, 14→3 AWS accounts
• Designed telemetry ingestion platform for Brazil's Open Finance ecosystem
• Built the Vivere Framework — internal application platform deployed across 6 major banks, zero per-tenant code changes
