fixes #111 - Run utPLSQL test greyed out in Schema Browser (other schema and own schema)
Schema Browser is now fully supported. The following context menu options are now available:
- Run utPLSQL test...
- Debug utPLSQL test...
- Code coverage...
- Generate utPLSQL test
