2) コピーコンストラクタ。 other と同じ紐付いた停止状態を持つ stop_token を構築します。
3) ムーブコンストラクタ。 other と同じ紐付いた停止状態を持つ stop_token を構築します。 other は有効だけれども未規定な状態になります。
